August 13th is the Deadline for Written Submissions
All written submissions must be submitted by August 13 to the Panel Secretariat. If you are making a "written-only" submission, you can send it by email to . You must put “DGR Joint Review Panel Hearing Written-only Submission” in the subject line of your email, and you must include contact information (full name, address, telephone number(s) and Email address, if possible) of the submitter. Identifying information should be provided on a separate page If you are making an "oral intervention" at the hearing (30 minutes to speak) you must provide a detailed written submission in support of your presentation. If you are sending it by email, you must put “DGR Joint Review Panel Hearing Written Submission in Support of an Oral Intervention” in the subject line of your email. August 27th is the Deadline for Visuals / PPT Slides
All written submissions must be submitted by August 13 to the Panel Secretariat. Anyone making an "oral intervention" (30 minutes) or "oral statement" (10 minutes) has the option of using slides or "other visual aids" as part of their presentation. If you choose to do this, you must provide an electronic copy of the presentation to the Panel Secretariat no later than August 27, 2013. Slides or other visual aids are not required for an oral intervention; it's your choice. Box 1046, Station B, 280 Slater Street, Ottawa, ON K1P 5S9. While not specifically required by the Panel Procedures, it would be a good practice to identify in the subject line of the email that the attachment is a visual support for your oral statement / intervention. OPG and Government Participants' Submissions Posted on Registry Ontario Power Generation and all Government Participants are required to provide written submissions by July 23rd. Ontario Power Generation's submission on their Environmental Assessment Application and their Licensing application and the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission's submissions on OPG's Environmental Assessment Application, Licence Application and Long Term Safety Case are also posted on the registry, along with those of some other government departments.
